San Sebastiano Fuori le Mura is a minor basilica and one of the traditional seven pilgrimage churches of Rome.
It was first constructed on the orders of Constantine in the 4th century and built on the Catacombs of Saint Sebastian, which was used to temporarily house the relics of saints Peter and Paul before their remains were transferred to their respective churches.
The church we see today was built in 1714 commissioned by Pope Clement XI.
